PROCESS TIME

All of our pieces are made-to-order. Production time is 3-5 weeks before it ships out. For custom pieces the turn-around time is typically 5-8 weeks.

SHIPPING

We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Once your piece is ready we will send an email with tracking details.
We offer shipping in the European Union at the moment.

WHAT DO WE WORK WITH

We use 925 Sterling Silver, 14K yellow and white gold.
If you choose a SS piece you have the option to have it in gold plated version.

Finish: we offer satin or high shine polish on all of our pieces.

RETURN POLICY

All pieces are made-to-order specifically for You, therefore they are final sale and cannot be refunded unless the piece you received is faulty. In this case contact us at info@cyreneofficial.com within 24 hours from delivery.
